Wholesale Pocket Watches was founded in 2004 by Lux Gift Co. Our goal was to develop a site that would provide quality pocket watches at great prices to the public and wholesale prices to resellers. WPW will continue to expand our wholesale department as we grow over the next year. If you are interested in getting any of our pocket watches in bulk, contact info@wholesalepocketwatches.com and we will provide you with an estimated cost and ship time.
Shipping: Most orders ship out within 48hrs by USPS 3 day priority mail. Engraved orders ship out within 5 days. Shipment verification will be provided by email within 24 hrs of your package shipment.
Damage: Damaged items can be returned for a full refund or a replacement. Note - Items must be reported within 30 days. Please contact CS@wholesalepocketwatches.com and include your name and order number.
Return Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your pocket watch you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. The pocket watch must be in good condition and able to be resold. Please request a Return Authorization number at cs@wholesalepocketwatches.com. PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. No credit is given for lost returned packages.
