WholesalePocketWatches.com is a direct importer of Engraved Gifts, which allows us to pass the savings on to you.  Most Engraved Gifts are sent out the same day but during the busy season it can take up to 7 days.  We ship everything 3-day priority so your personalized Engraved Gift will take a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 10 days to arrive.  If you are not completely happy with your Engraved Gift and it is not engraved then you can return it for a full refund minus shipping.  If the Engraved Gift is engraved then there are no returns.
