In 2009 we began selling Tungsten Wedding Bands. We knew that we could offer the same great service and pricing on Tungsten Wedding Bands as we had been offering on pocket watches and flasks for years.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of an item that is not personalized you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. The item must be in good condition and able to be resold. All engraved items cannot be returned. Please request a Return at cs@wholesalepocketwatches.com. PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. No credit is given for lost returned packages.
Shipping: Orders ship in 1 to 5 business days. We ship all packages USPS 3 day so you should expect your men’s gift or groomsmen gift within 10 business days of the time of purchase.
Damage: Damaged items can be returned for a full refund or a replacement. Note - Items must be reported within 30 days. Please contact cs@wholesalepocketwatches.com and include your name and order number.
Low Price Guarantee: If you find the same item for less we will beat it by 10%. Item must be new, not a close out, and shipping and engraving costs must be the same.
